Kinesiology in Beaconsfield (Fremantle)

Support for emotional overwhelm, stress, relationship patterns, and loss of inner balance.

Natalia, professional kinesiologist in Fremantle, smiling and welcoming clients

Hi, I’m Natalia — a professional kinesiologist in Beaconsfield, Fremantle. I work with clients from Fremantle, South Fremantle, Hilton, and nearby areas who are carrying long-term stress, grief, or relationship challenges.

Kinesiology offers a gentle, body-based way to calm your nervous system, release old patterns, and reconnect with your inner stability. I use a blend of energetic kinesiology, neurological work, brain integration, and counselling to help you soften, settle, and gain clarity.

Sessions are offered in English or Russian, in a quiet, peaceful home setting.

What brings you here?

Whether you’re curious about how kinesiology works, seeking gentle support for stress, or exploring ways to reconnect with your inner self, these questions will help you understand what to expect and how a session can benefit you. Each answer is brief, and you can click through for more detail if you’d like to explore further.

How does kinesiology work?

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to understand how your nervous system is responding to stress, emotions, and physical strain. Instead of analysing problems only through talking, we listen to the body’s signals and use techniques that help restore balance and regulation. Many people experience deep relaxation as their system shifts out of stress mode. Read more

What happens during a kinesiology session?

You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table. I use light muscle testing, acupressure points, and other gentle techniques to identify and release stress patterns. Sessions are calm, collaborative, and often leave people feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded. Read more

Can kinesiology help with stress or anxiety?

Kinesiology is often used to support people experiencing emotional stress, overwhelm, or anxiety. By working directly with the nervous system and the body’s stress response, sessions aim to help your system settle and regain a sense of stability and safety. Is kinesiology the same as energy healing?

Kinesiology includes elements of energy work, such as working with meridians and chakras, but it also incorporates nervous system regulation, brain integration, and emotional processing. It’s a holistic approach that bridges body awareness, psychology, and subtle energy systems. This article gives a brief overview of methods used in a kinesiology session.

Do you offer brain integration kinesiology?

Yes. I have trained in LEAP brain integration kinesiology, which focuses on improving communication between different parts of the brain. This approach can support learning, emotional regulation, focus, and recovery from stress. Read more here and check my blog article about Brain Integration

How many kinesiology sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Some people feel noticeable shifts within a few sessions, while others choose ongoing support as they work through deeper patterns. We regularly review progress together and adjust based on what feels helpful and appropriate for you.
